Q: At Magnolia Law, do I choose my website design from pre-designed templates?
A: No. At Magnolia Law, every website is completely customized to fit the needs of each attorney or law firm. There are so many factors that go into the design process, including target market, business branding and colors, personality of the attorneys, etc. No website that we ever design will be a template or be used for any other company or law firm.

Q: How long does it take for Magnolia Law to design a website?
A: Typically, we complete an average-sized informational website within 3-4 weeks. Site development quite often depends upon the time required for approval and also for receiving the content from the customer.

Q: Do I pay a one-time fee for my website design?
A: Yes, web design customers only pay the charge one time and the website is yours forever.

Q: Does Magnolia Law guarantee their work?
A: Of course! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We either create a site that you are pleased with or we will give you your money back.

Q: Once I have paid for my website, is it mine?
A: Yes, once you have paid in full for your website, it is yours completely. If you would like a copy of your site, just ask us and we will supply you with a backup of your website files.

Q: Can Magnolia Law send my law firm references?
A: Yes! Just call or email us, and we will give you references to contact concerning our work.

Q: Can Magnolia Law design brochures, business cards and other advertising material for my law firm?
A: Yes we can. Magnolia Media can create literature for your firm that is consistent with the design of your website. We also provide commercial printing, so we can provide all of these services from beginning to end.

Q. Can I purchase a domain name though Magnolia Law?
A: Absolutely. Just call or email for our current pricing and a few domain names that you prefer so we can choose from them, as some names may be already registered.

Q. Can I transfer my website and email hosting to Magnolia Law?
A: Absolutely! We have a fast and efficient process for transferring your hosting.

Q: Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?
A: Yes, we can easily help you to retain your old domain name without hosting, or we can register a new one if you’d like.

Q: I am not in the Mobile area. How can I work with you?
A: There is no problem with you being long distance. We have worked internationally before. There are several of our customers that we have never met with before and this does not pose a problem at all! Everything can be communicated on the phone or email if necessary. We will place the design on the web as we work on it, where you can view it from a link. You won’t need to meet us to express your ideas; we should be able to understand what you need very easily.

Q: Can you help me get listed in search engines?
A: Definitely! We feel very strongly about search engine optimization (SEO). We want our customers to see results from their websites, and this is a key element. Even if you aren’t a website design customer, we still offer a SEO package that will help you see results with your monthly statistics.
